"Catch and bite the tail" is a game that Joey and Ian play at the park. This game is a lot like tag but the slower Maltese ends up getting his tail bitten. Once his tail is bitten, the losing Maltese will go and chase the other Maltese.

Catch and bite the tail must be the breeds sport of choice. There is not a single maltese in daycare that does not do it. It's like they all know what's going on but are keeping the rules secret from the other little dogs.
